Evozport is currently under active development and is not yet generally available as a public service. These terms describe the basis on which development, preview or future Evozport services may be accessed.

1. Purpose

Evozport is intended to provide sports training, performance analysis, planning, synchronization and related functionality.

2. Third-party services

Evozport may integrate with third-party sports and wearable platforms. Those services remain subject to their own terms, availability and technical limitations. Users are responsible for authorizing connections to their accounts.

3. Training information

Information provided by Evozport is intended to support sports training and performance decisions. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

4. Availability

During development, features, integrations and availability may change without notice. Evozport may modify, suspend or discontinue development or preview functionality where necessary.

5. Intellectual property

Evozport, its branding, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
